Poornima, I could relate to every bit that you talk about when it comes to letting someone else take care of things when it is not possible for you to do it for a short while. I especially liked your solution for the “will it be a burden for them?” question. I ask that question almost every time I badly need help. I then tell myself the worst case scenario answer will be no. So why assume that it will be a burden. I will never know unless I ask.
